My performances aim to elevate poetry and to carry it forward into a modern era with multimedia, story and passionately delivered recitals.
The Days of Plenty

In 2024 I previewed a stage play anchored in the poetry from my second collection, the Days of Plenty.
I confined myself to a limited set and used video and audio to provide thematic breaks while I recounted my journey of becoming an artist and accepting my new path in life through the stories and poems I wrote during those formative years.

I was invited to the Brooklyn Caribbean Literary Festival in 2022 as a part of their Laurates of the Caribbean poetry night.
I felt like the young pretender among a slew of veterans of Caribbean poetry but it was a great learning experience and made me fall in love with my stage craft.
